Tux rental process
When needing a tux there is no appointment needed. We do request that you come in and place your order at least 2-3 weeks prior to the event. When renting a tux we must have the individual come into the store so one of our employees can collect measurements. If the individual cannot make it into the store, then we request to collect measurements from another location and have them called in or drop them of with us. This is for better accuracy of a form fitting tux on yor special day. After measurements we then require a minimum of $40.00 deposit to reserve your tux for the big day. Once the tux arrives, usually 4-5 days prior to the event, we will call and inform you that the tux is available for try-on/pick-up. If everything is appropriate and the balance is paid the tux can go home with you at that time!
